modify organization shapes

I am using the orginazational wizard and an access database in a controls
application.

How can I miodify the wizard to select differnt shapes?
or How can I add text to shapes and the information pulled from acces and
dislayed is next to that text..

i.e.

Currently
Last NAme, First Name
Last Name, First NAme
XXX-XXX-XXXX
XXX-XXX-XXXX

and I want

Employee: Last NAme, First Name
Manager: Last Name, First NAme
Work: XXX-XXX-XXXX
Home: XXX-XXX-XXXX

this article wasn't helpful for me. Because, I couldn't customize the
fields in parameter DISPLAY-FIELDS even if I use the correct syntax
from this article.

It is seem to me that Visio Org Chart Wizard doesn't work from
command line and from .Net applications. And it's bug.
