Modify resource calendars with non-working times.

We would like to modify the resource calendars with non-working times. I
tried to enter a vacation on a resource's calendar and got a message that all
calendars were locked. This is really an important function to be able to
show impacts of vacations.
Any insight?

Did you open the Enterprise Resource Pool before trying to modify the
resource's calendar? Enterprise resources have to be "checked out" before
their personal calendars can be modified.
