Modify 'Save As' Function ???

Hi everyone,

Is there any way I can modify the 'Save As' function, so instead of
only prompting the user for a filename, it also prompts for a project
code and version number? or at least create a new 'Save As' function?

i.e. It would ensure every user would have to save a file in the
format C:\CODE filename v01.ppt
