modify settings and columns for issues

I have a PM that created a project but wants to change some permissions with
the issues associated with the project. When they click their project and
click 'modify setting and columns' they can click on 'change general
settings' and update them but when they click on 'change permissions for
this list' they get the message they don't have permission/access to do
this. How do I give the PM's the ability to change permissions for issues?

Hi Cindy,

Its a permission issue as far as i know. Try this out
1. Go to the workspace of that project.
2. Go to site settings
3. Click on goto site administration
4. Click on manage site groups
5. There you will see all the roles, Click on project managers.
6. Click on edit site group permissions
7. Make sure that manage site groups is checked there
