Modify size of standard dropdown pick list.. i.e. get rid of the scroll bar

Are there any settings that would allow one to make a standard pick
list drop down box longer. I would like to eliminate the scroll bar
and show the entire selection.

hi Ralph,

for a control "ListBox" you must change the property "Height"

Thank you Isabelle... but I do not understand where to find the
properties that you mention. Or, you have misunderstood my question.

I have a cell: From Data > Validation > in that dialog box I select
"List" and my source is =Parts.

Subsequently.. when I click on this cell I get a drop down list of
items in "Parts".. and I can select one of those items. My issue is
that there is only ~8 parts shown and a scroll bar to see the rest. I
would like to be able to see all my parts and do away with the scroll
bar.

If this is possible from a "property" dialog could you identify where
to access this from. If this is possible using VBA.. I need the code
and where / how to place it.

it's not possible to modify a validation list, but you can use a ComboBox or ListBox
