Modify Standard Command Parameters

I am running Access2000 under Win2K. I am pretty good with VBA and have done
some Access programming using VBA.

I would like to modify the Find and Replace command such that the first time
it is envoked during a session the Match parameter is set to "Any Part of
Field" instead of the default "Whole Field".

Thanks

Thanks. I had already looked at that article and did not find a solution to
my particular question. One thought I had was to locate the code that
creates the Find form, make a copy, modify the copy to do what and add
another pick to the menu item for my personal macros. Any idea where that
code is or how I could obtain a copy? I should be able to use the same
"form" with slightly different code.

Thanks

AFAIK, that "Find" Form is part of MSAccess.exe which does allow
modificiations besides what is exposed, e.g. the article I posted.

Of course, you can create your own Access Form which can be used as a "Find
" (and Replace?) Form, just a hell of a lot more work, though.
