Hi,
I have designed a questionnaire in Word where I 've used Text Form Field boxes and Checked Box Form Fields for participants to tick their responses. BUT i also want them to add notes in the same document in a text box. How do i do this? Whenever I try to add text in the text box, the office assistant informs me that the document is locked.
Please help asap, I'm running behind on this assignment.
