Modify the size of a watermark

I have added a watermark to a Word 2003 document but I cannot change the size
of it. I would like to just be able to select the watermark and "click &
drag" the edges (like you would a text box or graphic) but the only option I
have in the percentage range within the printer watermark "scale" section and
then it won't let me save the change I select.

Can you click on View | Header and Footer, click once on the watermark
to select it, and then drag the sizing handles to resize the watermark?
