Modify the y-axis on a graph in a form.

I have an excel project that I am trying to recreate in access. In the
excell project I plotted the values of a process characteristic verses time.
I was able to configure the major y-axis ticks to conform to ±4 sigma of
the plotted population. Is there a way to do this. My form is named
'frmItemDesign'. The chart is on a page named 'Graph' in a tabcontrol named
'TabCtl84'. The chart itself is named 'Graph1'.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
