Hello,
I need to change a duration value in an Access database that was saved in
Project.
If I change the value of the TASK_DUR field, it shows when I open the file
using Project. What is immediately apparent is that the gantt bar for the
new duration is not reflected in the change despite the fact that the
duration field is correct (it reflects my changes I made in Access).
I have looked in the projdb.htm file and there is a section on making
changes to an Access database that was saved as such from Project. If you do
not have the file, it basically states that if a change to a duration is
made, you need to update many other fields in the database or the file might
become corrupt when it is brought up in Project.
Projdb.htm should be located in C:\Program Files\Microsoft
Office\Office10\1033.
Does anyone know if there is more info on how to do this?
Thanks,
glenn
