Modifying an existing project plan

I have an existing project plan and I have changed all the percentages to 0%
but the dates still remain in all of the tasks with the duration. I tried to
change the project start and end date but it is not viewable on the gantt
chart.

What is your question?
Project dates are available under Project/Project Information.

If you want to shift all the dates, try the Adjust Dates tool on the
Analysis toolbar.

I tried to utlize the project information and the adjust dates tool and
can't seem to get it to work. Is there a phone number I can call you at or
someone else to walk through this?
