Modifying date field format in the details of my tasks of PWA

In the details of my tasks of PWA, I would like to do with that the
date field Start of the Task it appeared in the format "mm/dd/yyyy
hh:mm", instead of "mm/dd/yyyy".

Does a way exist of modifying it?

Creating a custom field isn't good idea.
