Modifying Existing Template

I was given a template that has numbers down the left border and a couple
vertical lines. I'd like to remove them but can't figure out how to do it.

This template has some VBA components so I thought I would post it here.

This template has some VBA components so I thought I would post it here.

If you go to View/Header and Footer, are you able to click in the numbered
area? And does a slashmark-box appear? Click on the box and then press
Delete. (Note: this sounds like it was done using the Legal Pleadings
template or something like that.)
