I'm building a fairly straightforward workflow in SPD that's attached to an
InfoPath form library. When the user completes and submits the form I'd like
to set the status field ('FormStatus')of the form based on some of the other
form values.
When I attempt to use the 'Set Field in Current Item' action I only have the
option of setting one of four standard fields (Content Type, Name, Status,
Title), I'm unable to see any of the fields in my form. The 'FormStatus'
field is a promoted field and has the 'Allow users to edit data in this
field' value checked in the promoted fields configuration for that field. I
can modify the field by editing the properties of the ilst item via the SP
list, but I'm still unable to find a place where I can edit this field value
via the workflow.
