Modifying Select Name view

E

Edison Bryant

When you create a new email and click on the address
book, you're contact are listed Name, Bus Phone, Title,
Comp, Alia, Email type.
Is there a way to modify this order of columns on a
permamnent basis? I would like it to show up NAme, email
type, etc.
Thanks!

State your Outlook version.
State more clearly to which view of the "address book" you are referring.

I am using Office 2000 and XP. I am looking to change
the way Outlook displays the columns when you are sening
an email, then click the TO button. It shows your
contacts folder, but I want to change the columns it
shows.
