Modifying Standard Command Parameters

I am running Access2000 under WinXP. I am pretty good with VBA and have done
some Access programming using VBA.

I want to modify way the Find and Replace command initially starts up. When
Find and Replace is initally envoked I would like the Match parameter to be
"Any part of field" instead of the normal default "Whole Field"
