Well, I know that *I* can't but there may be some hoodoo way of doing that.

You could insert a blank row above the two you want to swap, highlight the
current second one and drag it to the new blank row, then delete the newly
vacanted bottom row. but that's probably not what you want either.

Did you try Google? Someone may have a macro or VBA that will do that. I,
unfortunately, stick to the old-fashioned ways.
