Modifying the "Find" tool

I am trying to figure out how to make the "Find" tool in Outlook 2003 search
from newest messages to oldest messages. At present, as installed, it starts
from the oldest and works its way to the most recent.

Any help would be great!

I fixed my own problem by downloading the "Lookout" addin.
