"Module Not Found" Error

I have created a dbase with multiple forms. When I add a
macro button to open a form from another form I get an
error that says "Module Not Found". Then when I
click "Ok" it opens visual basic.

This problem did not occur when I have added buttons
previously so I don't know what caused the problem or how
to fix it.

P.S. I'm having another problem when I try to add a macro
button to one of my forms it says "Microsoft Access can't
add anymore controls on this form or report...If you have
deleted controls from this form or report in the past, you
may be able to rename the form or report and then add more
controls to it" I have deleted controls in the past, but
the suggestion to rename hasn't worked...any ideas?
