Module not Found: How do I determine what Module is missing

When I open Word, I get a dialog box:

Module not found.
OK Help

How can I find out which module is missing?

Thank you. That helped. I removed a
few "experimental" .dot files, and the problem
disappeared.

But now, when I toggle a breakpoint, and hover the mouse
over a variable, I no longer get to see a tiny window
(like a tooltip window) that displays the value of the
variable. How can I turn that back on?

It is very nice of you to help. For whatever it is
worth, I promise to I promise to "return the favor" by
following your example in helping others, when I acquire
a minimal requisite level of competence.
