Module to calculate business hours in bweteen two dates

Hi

I have a need to determine the number of business hours that a proble
ticket is open to work out SLA attainment, need to ensure that PUBLI
HOLIDAYS are removed.

The date/time fields are "31/01/2004 08:30:00" format.

I am working through the code a

but am stuggling as have not programmed for about 5 years - very rusty


currently have module that receives two datetime fields and return
intger of hours open, but not able to tweak it that much for holidays.


Any tips would be appreciated.
