Chip,
When you press alt+F11 and click on the project explorer,
if the project is locked you will be prompted for a
password.

However, I would like to be able to just prevent one
module from being accessed.

Libby,

You can't protect only a single module. The password protection applies to
the entire workbook project, and once a correct password is supplied, all
components of the project are accessible. You can't do what you want to do.
