MOM Agent install problems

I am attempting to deploy MOM agents to machines and
getting the following error if some one could assist it
would be greatly appreciated

"The Agent Manager would have taken responsibility for the
following computers, but was unable to obtain write access
to their registries. "

The agent is installing with a domain administrator
equivelant account which does have full access to the
machines.
