Monitor folder for new files

Hi,

I have an application which needs to send information to
another application and then receive some additional
information back ( a job number). The communication is
done via delimited text files into specified folders. How
do I schedule a job which will automatically pick up new
files delivered into the folder? Are there any other
issues I should consider?
