Monitor outgoing mail

This message group is to address questions about Microsoft Access (the
database program) and security for databases built with that application.

Hi everyone,
A new requirement has been imposed that states we must log all outgoing
mail from a select distribution list. Is there a way to do this in Exchange
2000? Is it possible to apply this to one distribution list or does it have
to be applied per user? Even if it must be all outgoing mail regardless of
user / group. I feel dirty doing this but it is required of me now.
