Hi,
I use MSP 2003 & MSP Server 2003
I'm Project Manager (PM), and A is a Project Leader (PL).
Project Schedule is created by PL, therefore if a member update his status,
the information will be sent to PL for approval.
I'm a PM, so I need to review whether PL approve/reject member status daily
or not. If a member sent his status to PL but PL did not approve/reject, I
will remind PL.

Is there any way to do that?

Thanks

unfortunatly there is not out of the box component in PS03 that allows you to
do this, you will need to custom develop this functionality. Sorry to say

You need to be higher in the RBS than the PL, if this is the case, then on
the Resources tab, select View Timesheet Summary on the list on the left,
second from the bottom.

This View Timesheet Summary page shows a simple display of the actual hours
submitted for all resources. Specific resources displayed for a resource
manager are determined by your organization’s Resource Breakdown Structure
(RBS) definition. It is critical that RBS be set up so that it reflects your
organization’s actual structure so that the Project Web Access timesheet
approval process works correctly.

As a manager, one of the first items in a resource’s timesheet that you will
want to review is whether everyone has submitted a complete timesheet.
Timesheets usually follow a regular reporting cycle, for example all
timesheets must be submitted by noon on Friday.

This is from the 2003 AppConfigGuide.

2007 has a different concept of status update and timehseet update since 07
has an extra timesheet functionality. Based on OAP cubes you can see which
timehseets have been submitted, are in progress, are completed or are
rejected. Given that all that information is also in the reporting DB in 07
you have the abillity to create very comprehensive reports regarding approval
of timehseet.
Hope this helps
