Monograms in Publisher??

Hi,

I would like to do a monogram of two initials in microsoft publisher for a
wedding invitation but i cant, has anyone got any ideas?

Yes, use the correct tool for the job. Publisher is a desktop publishing
application, not a vector drawing or graphic design application - you need
something like Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, or Paint Shop Pro might do at
a pinch.

If the monogram is simple there is no problem using Publisher. Simply create
two text frames or word art frames and put one letter in each. For the text
frames go to format/text box/text box and select none for the wrap style.
You can then move the text frames as desired into position to create a
custom look. You can also go to change text/font to add effects to the
fonts. Maybe Publisher isn't a drawing program, but it is certainly capable
of a simple task such as this.
