Month function in excel

I have just inherited a spreadsheet from a French
colleague with a function formula written in French which
I cannot find within the English list of functions. The
formula is a follows

=MOIS.DECALER(T0_Phase3,H8)

In this instance "Mois.decaler" means add on a number of
months defined in cell H8 to the starting point in time
which is defined by T0_Phase 3. I can get round the
problem by multiplying the value in H* by 30.41 days but
it does not give me an exact answer.

Any ideas ?

DANIEL BUT UNFORTUNATELY I DO NOT HAVE THE EDATE FUNCTION
INSTALLED - DO YOU KNOW HOW I CAN GET ITT INSTALLED ?

Or keep the office/excel cd handy, do tools>add-ins (not add-on <g>)
check the Analysis ToolPak and follow the instructions
