Month: number vs. word

In Outlook 2003, in the calendar view, I want to change the month description at the top of my daily schedule from the number format (2/01) to the word format (Feb 01). Same thing for the little monthly view calendar in the upper right; I want to change from 02 2004 to Feb 2004. Can this be done?
