Month wise list of resources who are underallocated or overallocat

HI,


My requirement is to find resources across all projects who are either
underallocated or over allocated across all projects. The timescale view i
want is month wise. The columns i want are Resource name, overallocated
hours, Month.

How can i programmatically do this task??
help!!
