Monthly Calendar View

when printing the calendar by month a snap shot of the
current month and next month is printed in the upper
right corner. would like to know how change the snap
shot to show previous month and following month and not
include current month

Have you considered using "My Outlook Calendar" to
print the calendars?

You may want to look into "My Outlook Calendar".
This is a word template that reads your Outlook calendar
and puts it into a word document that can be edited.
You can then mail this to anyone or just print it. It prints
the small monthly thumbnails like you wish.
