Monthly Church Bulletin center monthly calendar page

I have been doing my church bulletin in Publisher 2003. The booklette is 10
11X8 pages folded to make a 20 page booklette. The center page is that
month's calendar (the one I'm trying to do now is January 2009) with all the
activities listed. I cannot figure how to change that 2003 publisher
calendar page with my new 2007 publisher program. Please help me.

In a 20 page booklet pages 10-11 will be the center fold. You should be able to
span your calendar to fit.
Are you sure you don't mean 5 sheets of stock 8.5 x 11? Or are you using 11 x 17
stock?
