I had been having A LOT of trouble with Calendar Printing Assistant and I
used the "My Outlook Calendar" template showin in the link below
(Slapstick.com). I LOVE IT! I have 2007, and it is compatible... you
just
have to 1) allow access to your Outlook (which you can choose the amount
of
time) and 2) enable macros in Microsoft Word. Also - the user ID is the
full
e-mail address.
This tool allows you to show many appointments, without cutting off the
wording. You can also change the colors, fonts, etc - much more
user-friendly than the CPA application. I recommend this to everyone!

use smaller fonts or use the calendar printing assistant or other
printing
apps. See
http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar_print.asp for links -
the
word templates do a good job.

When I print a monthly calendar using Outlook 2007 the appointments do
NOT
wrap within the day, they get cut off. What is the fix for this ??
Thanks in advance,
Rick
