monthly style calendar printing setup

When I choose the monthly style for printing a calendar
and choose to print in booklet (4 to a page) and choose my
range 9 months (sep 2003 to may 2004), and one month per
page, I do not get the first and sometimes second day for
November, February and May.

Has anyone come across this? Is this a bug?
