monthly timesheet

If anyone has an easy to use monthly timesheet that i can keep track of my
own hours on the computer, i would really apprieate it. I am useing Word
2003 or Office Excel or Publisher 2003. I am a private caregiver and work
different hours daily, as well as different clients. So timesheets are a must
to be able to print out and also keep track on my laptop. I am useing Windows

Use Excel, keep it simple.
Client, Time In, Time Out, Total Time
