Using Outlook 2007 with Exchange 2007

Outlook calendar, Monthly view, only 2 appointments display, even tho
the “cell” could easily show 4.
After 2 items you get a small greyed out down arrow indicating “there’
more if you click me or look at the daily/weekly view”.

Anyway to resize the monthly view?

The number of items you see is based on the height of the window - maximize
outlook, put the toolbars on one row and close the status bar to show more
appointments.
