MOOL allow secretary to view boss's calendar?

Can you install the MS OUTLOOK LIVE OUTLOOK CLIENT on more than one pc (for a
single account)? That is, I'd like for a secretary to have access to the
boss's schedule, contacts, etc. If not, I presume the way to do this is to
give MS OUTLOOK LIVE to the boss and let the secretary view the information
on the HOTMAIL site. Any thoughts? confirmation? Downside to this scenario?

You can install the Outlook connector on any computer with Outlook
installed. Your scenario will work like this:

Boss creates a hotmail account with his MOOL subscription. He sets the
hotmail pst as his default message store so that every thing in his pst will
quickly and easily sync (otherwise, you need intellisync). She sets MOOL up
on her computer to view his account, but she won't need the MSN pst as the
default - she will have all of his outlook data copied to her computer
though.

If they have an MSN premium subscription and already own Outlook, they don't
need MOOL.

You can share calendar using Outlook Connector (sharing contactsis not
yet supported)
1. Your Boss has Setup up outlook Connector in his machine with his
hotmail account. He should go to Menu->Outlook Connector->Sharing and
add his secretary's Hotmail mail ID and give appropriate permissions
2. Secretary has setup Outlook Connector in his machine. after boss
grants her permissions, she can view his calendar by following the
below instructions
In Outlook, go to Calendar view.
Click Open a Shared Calendar.
Click Name, select a contact list the belong to hotmail
account, and then select the name of the person whose calendar you want
to view.

okay, so I did this and everything is fine-- except-- I want the boss'
default e-mail address for all e-mail to be (e-mail address removed) not
(e-mail address removed). I realize that the boss can click on ACCOUNTS and select
the POP3 account to accomplish this, but we can't rely upon him to do this
every time he types and e-mail. Under Tools/ E-mail account 'deliver new
e-mail to the following location' this is set to his MOOL hotmail account.
Please tell me there is a registry or other setting to make outgoing e-mail
from (e-mail address removed). TIA. mw

After setting the msn pst to be the default delivery location, set the
boss@mydomain account to default (top of the list, top of the dialog)

I know this may seem odd, but I changed Hotmail to the default message
storage and restarted Outlook. It moved Hotmail up to the top (PST went
to the bottom). Then, I tried sending a message and it defaulted to the
Hotmail account. I opened the e-mail change window, and it shows
Hotmail as the default receipient e-mail below, but in the main window
it shows a POP account as the default mail account.

Yet...when I send a new mail message...it does NOT use that default POP
account...using instead the Hotmail account.

It that by design?

I can't say whether this problem is by design or not but in certainly
manifests itself for me too.

it's probably a bug - a few people report that the connector always sends
regardless of their configuration. I'll test it again and see if I can
repro.

TortDog describes exactly the problem I am having too. I have even tried
deleting the entire profile-- then recreating it. It always sends from the
hotmail account. How can I get MOOL to send from mydomain.com? This is a
crucial issue- that basically is a deal breaker for using the product if I
cannot get this to work. Thanks for any advice? mw

it looks like it changed from when I last tested it - see if #2 or 3 will
work for you http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/mool.htm#kb
