MOPS 2007 - Deleting a time period

Astro Boy

We are about to go live with our MOPS 2007 installation, and are trying to
clean up all the testing and training junk that's out there in the system.
Part of the clean up is deleting our test Timesheet Periods.

Out of the 15 or so time periods created in bulk at the beginning of our
deployment process, I was able to delete 14 with no problems, using the
"Timesheet Periods" option in Server Settings.

However, there is one time period I just cannot seem to delete. I have
deleted all timesheets from the day the server was brought up to today. I
have opened and closed the time period. But I still can't delete it.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide!

You may have another issue. If you look into the timesheet tables in
the Reporting Database you will probably see a lot of your test data
still sitting there which can cause confusion in the data analysis
reports. It is fairly clear that PS 2007 cleanup routines are not
100%. I suspect you need to fine the data associated with that period
in the database and remove it before you can delete it. Alternatively
rebuild the configuration.
