More auto text questions

First thank you G. Mayor - you have always been the most helpful with your
answers over my many years of search the "boards."

Using Word 2007, auto text and have saved names with addresses to insert but
when type the first few letters of the name and hit F3 the exact copy of what
I just typed fills in not the complete entry? What am I doing wrong?

The only thing I can think of is that you have not typed enough letters for
the entry to be unique before pressing F3. Can you insert them from the
Building Blocks organizer? Maybe it would be better if you created the
entries as autocorrect entries. One tip when doing so is to use a unique
identifier eg to insert my address by autocorrect, you may setup an
autocorrect for #gm
