more icons and office short cut bar

where can i get different icons than the ones supplied in office, and where
can i download the shortcut bar for office that is compatible for vista

After furious head scratching, skywalker asked:

from reading other discussions i see no more short cut bar i miss the layered
bar as it sure kept everything totally organized. but now how about icons
that can be downloadable into the icon folder of windows or office so files
and programs can be a quick find on the desk top this would be a great help

Sorry, but you have failed to provide any information with regards to
what Office suite you are talking about, what shortcut bar you are
referring to and as to the "Icon folder" you refer to, there isn't such
an animal.
