I just posted a message saying that the new word update
2002 to SP# couldn't see my old docfiles: now I find that
the web update I did, although I thought it was
specifically for Word, updated all my office products (as
far as I can see) to SP3 and now Outlook is new, with no
obvious way to recover my address book or messages. HELP!
