more - mail merge labels with return address

I've tried the suggestions from Graham at home with Office XP and it
worked great. However, here at work on Office 2000 I can't get it to
work. First I'm having trouble getting the text box and the text in it
to save as Autotext. I finally managed that but the autotext doesn't
show up on the merged labels. I did do a work around - saved the 'New
Document' as 'Label Master' and then did a merge from there. I'm
thinking maybe some settings in Layout and/or Text Box??

This shouldn't be this difficult in Word! In the meantime, using
Publisher is a lot easier!

The web site article was written using Word 2000, so it does work. It is,
however very fiddly and yes Publisher is easier when graphics are involved.
