are there more office assistants to be found somewhere? out-of-the-box
there is only Max available.

If you have MacOffice v.X (or can borrow a v.X CD), you can copy the
assistants from that version to the

HD:Applications:Microsoft Office 2004:Office:Assistants

folder.

And what if one doesn't have the v.X CD? Is there a place on the web
where they can be found?

There is no place on the web (so far as I know), but if you have an Office
2001 CD, you can also use those. And I think even the ones from an Office
98 CD will work. Or if you know anyone who has any of those.
