More Org Chart Wizard

I have code in Access that generates an Org Chart using the Org Chart Wizard.
(Code similar to what's on this site or in MSDN) I'm trying to update the
code. Basically what I want to do is equivalent to clicking the "Horizontal
Layout" and selecting "Center". When I try the "record new macro" to get a
clue, nothing gets recorded. Can someone help?

A function "RUNADDON("CFF")" is written in the "EventDrop cell" of the master
shape. So, my idea is to put this function in any cell, for ex. "User Defined
named test", and to exec macro "shpObj.Cells("User.test").Trigger"

Whoa - thanks for the reply. Unfortunately I'm afraid that's way over my
head. I'm an Access/VB developer. I've worked with Excel macros and was
hoping I could just swip a couple lines of code somewhere and cut-N-paste.
But your answer tells me I need to buy a book - something to get started.
Visio and our current automated process does fine for offices that have only
a dozen or so employees but the wizard goes crazy with some of our larger
offices. (Sure not easy to get a handle on the object model Visio uses.)
