I provide end-user support for my office. When one of our users opens
PowerPoint 2000 in Windows XP Professional Edition and double clicks
on the Org Chart slide, she receives the error message, "Unable to
load MS Organization Chart, Press F1 for Help."
I have visited two links that relate to this issue, but neither works
as a solution. The first link,
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;Q218571&id=218571&SD,
only deals with Windows NT or 2000, not XP. I cannot locate the files
named MSOPrefs.232 or MSOClip.232 on her computer. The second link,
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;226573, deals
with the same issue, but still doesn't work as a solution (The result
still displays the same error message as above).
Has anyone found a solution as it pertains to Windows XP? Thanks.
