More Problems with KB913807

After installing KB913807, all my Outlook 2003 clients received the following
message when they tried to add someone as a delegate: The Delegates settings
were not saved correctly. Unable to activate send-on-behalf-of list. You do
not have sufficient permission to perform this operation on this object.

Uninstalling resolved it.
