More Publisher templates

I wish to use Publisher to have a client
- pick a few web page header designs from Publisher
- pick a few colour schemes
- Pick a few fonts
and from these pick a final design into which their logo, etc can be put for
a custom web header.
This seems to me to be a logical way to have people define what they want in
terms of a header design for a website... pages too.

Is there another location where I can obtain additional web page designs in
publisher that the colour and font controls will work as well?
