More Sub Form Errors

I have sub form which should display details relating to suppliers. It has
two list boxes on the form, one which displays all commodities which have
been assigned to a supplier and one list box which displays commodities which
can be assigned to the supplier.

It works fine expect when there are no records in the list box of assigned
commodities. This causes problems when I want to assign a commodity to a
supplier with no commodities assigned to it.

The Rowsource of the assigned commodities is set on the On Current Event of
the form.

Does anyone know why this may be happening?
