I have a problem with a worksheet containing 12 different charts showing
financial results on a timeline. In each chart I have included a text box
linked to different worksheet cells, showing the result of the last month in
figures. It seems that when I have more than 10 linked text boxes in my
charts, Excel behaves strange, taking up all "low priority" processor time.
The question below was raised a while ago by someone but I cant see a
resolution. I am experiencing the same problem ..

Most functions still work, but selected charts flicker, the computer is
slower, and eventually it hangs completely.
Is this a known bug in Excel?
Is there any way to come aroud this?
Any suggested solutions would be greatfully received.
