More than just one line in a formula?

I have a problem with a formula and hope for help:
I want to do a paired t-test with Excel. The raw data is put in 10 lines with 15 Numbers each. As there are 4 qualities to do the test on, I would have to copy all the 10 lines in one single long line to be able to put the data in the matrix for the formula, and that for all the 4 qualities. This is hard work, so I ask myself whether it is possible to put more than one line directly in the matrix of the formula? I tried to mark more than one line, but the matrix is only filled with the last line i marked, hmm...
Does anybody have an idea? Would be great, thank you very much!

If there is more than one line in a cell, Excel treats it as text. There
is no way to do whaty you want short of putting a single value in each cell.
